After an initial meeting, Designed by Ells will create a custom mood board for your costume design. This will involve one visual "board" that conveys the mood and tone of the costume(s), as well as a Pinterest Board for further inspiration. 
PURPOSE: use the mood board to purchase, create, and design your costume, knowing they are creating looks that fit the mood of the show.

After our meeting, a virtual costume will be created that includes a full outfit, shoes, and accessories with direct link to purchase the items. The virtual costume can then be purchased directly, or used as inspiration for finding similar products.
PURPOSE: to know what the costume should look like, with links to buy the product(s) directly, or use the look to find products on your own.

After a consultation and costume approval, Designed by Ells will purchase the costumes for you, put them together for delivery, and send costume ready for the stage, without any customizations.
PURPOSE: to receive a costume that is ready-to-wear and unique to your show, without needing to pay for customizations. This removes the stress of finding, purchasing, and arranging outfits.

If you already have your costumes, we can still help. There will be alterations, costume care, and key missing pieces. Designed by Ells will fill any gaps in costuming so your show is stage ready.

PURPOSE: to help make sure each costume you already have works for your actors, adjust costumes as needed, find and source any missing elements, and offer customization where applicable.

Designed by Ells will work with you directly to create custom costumes. Some components of the costume may be sourced and then customized, while others may be created from scratch. Costumes will be handled and customized before being sent to the production.
PURPOSE: to have completely original designs that tell the story of the production. 

For casts over 5 actors, we help curate and create cohesive costuming for each actor. Pricing is flexible, as it will depend on the type of show and total amount of costumes, so contact us to begin.

PURPOSE: to help you create a cohesive cast of costumes, whether rented, purchased, or made custom. We will work with you and each actor to create the appropriate costume.

Just purchased the most gorgeous outfit, but it doesn't quite fit? Designed by Ells offers adjustments to all types of clothing so you can add any piece to your wardrobe with confidence. 

Have an idea of what you want to wear but can't find it anywhere? Designed by Ells will create a one-of-a-kind outfit just for you. For any event, Designed by Ells will work with you from fabric to finish.
